Fabric Selection
We don’t select activewear fabric by composition alone.
For leggings and yoga wear, we check GSM, stretch and recovery, opacity, hand feel, and color performance before recommending a fabric for sampling.
A typical starting point may include:

✓ Polyester/spandex for quick-dry performance
✓ Recycled options when required by the collection
Send us your reference sample or target fabric specs. We can compare available fabrics before the first sample is made.
Trims for Custom Sportswear
Zippers, elastic, drawcords, labels, reflective details, and hangtags can all affect the finished garment.
We source trims against your tech pack, reference sample, color standard, and intended use. Custom items are confirmed before they are released for bulk production.

About Us
LuckPanther is the sportswear manufacturing brand of Dongguan Jiejin Security Products Co., Ltd., based in Dongguan, China. We support OEM and ODM production for activewear brands and private-label buyers, with manufacturing operations dating back to 2009.
Our 15,000 m² facility, 300+ skilled workers, and 8+ production lines support the development and bulk production of leggings, sports bras, yoga wear, T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, and other performance apparel. Key stages include fabric and trim sourcing, sampling, cutting, sewing, branding, QC, and packing.
With capacity of around 80,000 pieces per month, we support both product development and bulk orders. Buyer tech packs and approved samples are used to control fabric specifications, fit, construction, branding, and workmanship before bulk cutting begins.
FAQ
Customized design normal 100 pieces per item per color. For special fabrics and processes, the MOQ will be slightly higher.We are flexible sportswear manufacture, if there is stock products, MOQ will be lower.
You need to send the photo or specific information that you want to us. Sample will be charged and will be refund back when order is placed. Sample lead time is about 10 days after details comfirmed and payment received.
Usually, it will spends 30-45 days according to the order quantity. We also can deal with express orders from place order to shipment for 40 days. But which need both team very close working to approval all the bulk fabric& trims and fitting samples at first time to catch the delivery date in time. Generally, we will have a deadline table for both sides to follow up.
