Develop your next leggings line with LuckPanther around the measurements that shape the fit. We refine waistband height, front and back rise, inseam, gusset position, and leg opening through sampling before the size spec is locked for production.
OEM leggings production involves more than turning an approved design into finished pieces. At LuckPanther, we focus on the production details that make development easier to manage and bulk orders more predictable.
Start from 200 pieces per design per color for standard custom leggings, giving brands room to launch new fits or colors without a large first order.
We confirm the waistband, front and back rise, inseam, gusset and finished measurements on samples before the size spec moves into bulk production.
Finished orders go through 100% inspection before shipment, alongside first-piece and in-line production checks.
The approved sample sets the standard for fabric, fit, construction, and workmanship in bulk production.
Different construction methods change how a pair of leggings feels, stretches and holds up under repeated wear. We select the sewing and finishing method around the fabric and intended performance.
Some details that look good in a sketch can become difficult once stretch, seam tension, or production methods are involved. Share your design with LuckPanther and we’ll flag what needs adjusting before you spend money developing it.
Decoration needs to stretch with the leggings without cracking, peeling, or restricting the fabric. We match the method to the artwork, placement, fabric composition, and required stretch.
Best for all-over prints, gradients and multi-color patterns on polyester-based leggings. The artwork is transferred into the fabric before sewing, so there is no raised print layer to crack when the leggings stretch.
Best for: Full-leg patterns / large graphics / repeated prints
Fabric: Mainly white or light-colored polyester
A practical choice for small logos on the hip, back waistband or lower leg. Different transfer films can produce matte, glossy, reflective or metallic finishes.
Best for: Brand logos / small graphics / reflective details
Placement: Waistband / hip / calf / ankle
Creates a raised, rubber-like logo with more texture than a flat transfer. Commonly used for small branding on the center-back waistband or side hip rather than large stretch areas.
Best for: 3D logos / tonal branding / premium logo details
Placement: Back waistband / hip / side panel
Suitable for simple artwork with a limited number of colors. The ink and curing setup need to match the stretch of leggings fabric; otherwise the print can split when the fabric is extended.
Best for: One- or two-color graphics / larger brand marks
Less suitable for: High-detail all-over patterns
Possible for small logos on more stable areas, but it needs careful backing and stitch control because dense embroidery can reduce stretch and cause puckering on lightweight leggings fabric.
Best for: Small premium logo details
Placement: Waistband or reinforced panel
Avoid: Large embroidery across high-stretch seat or thigh areas
Our first sample looked good standing still, but the waistband started sliding during movement. LuckPanther adjusted the waistband tension and back-rise measurement, then sent a revised sample for another fit check. The second version held much better, and we approved it for production without changing the original look.
The light color we selected became too sheer when stretched, even though the fabric looked fine on the table. LuckPanther caught it during development and tested a denser fabric before making the next sample. We kept the same color direction without releasing leggings that failed our coverage requirement.
