Pet hair catches more easily on fabrics with a brushed, fuzzy, or textured face. A smoother surface gives loose hair fewer raised fibers to grip, making it easier to brush away.
But fiber content alone does not predict the result. Two polyester-spandex fabrics can perform differently because their knit structure and surface finish are different. When comparing materials for this type of legging, check the actual fabric face rather than choosing by composition alone.

Fit and Construction
You can adjust the waistband height, inseam, pocket dimensions, seam placement, and garment measurements. If you already have a proven fit, send your own size chart with waist, hip, inseam, front rise, and back rise measurements.
Pocket dimensions should also be specified. Include the opening width and pocket depth if the pocket needs to fit a certain phone size.
Fabric and Color
You can request a different GSM, stretch level, hand feel, or color. A fabric change should be reviewed as a new material choice rather than assumed to perform exactly like the original.
For custom colors, provide your target Pantone reference during development. The final approval should be made against the actual dyed fabric.
Private Label Details
Add your own logo, main label, size label, care label, hangtag, and packaging.
For logo artwork, specify the width, height, placement, and application method. For example, 50 mm wide, centered 25 mm below the back waistband gives production a much clearer reference than simply writing logo on back.

Our standard MOQ is 200 pieces per style per color for custom orders. A special fabric, trim, or packaging item may have its own minimum, so the final MOQ is confirmed after the materials are selected.
Custom samples usually take about 10 days after the specifications and payment are confirmed.
Bulk production normally takes 30–45 days after the order details and approved sample are confirmed. Material availability and order quantity can affect the final production schedule.

No. Pet hair resistant should not be treated as a claim that no hair will ever remain on the garment. Hair adhesion varies with the fabric surface, static conditions, and type of pet hair. For brands, it is safer to define the feature around easier hair removal and support the claim with a repeatable fabric test.
A heavily brushed outer surface is usually not our first choice when pet-hair release is a key product requirement. The raised fibers can hold loose hair more easily. If a brand wants a softer hand feel, we would compare several fabric constructions during development rather than adding a heavy brush finish to the outer face.
Set the test method before approving the fabric. Use the same type and amount of pet hair, apply it to a fixed fabric area, then use the same brushing method to compare samples. If wash durability is part of your product claim, repeat the test after the agreed wash cycles and record the result as part of the approved product standard.
