Develop low-, medium-, or high-support sports bras around your target activity. LuckPanther adjusts fabric compression, underband tension, cup coverage and strap structure for sports bras and custom yoga wear.
As your sports bra manufacturer, LuckPanther supports material development, component sourcing, private labeling, and repeat production. Shell fabric, lining, elastic, padding, closures, and labels can be sourced and managed as one product BOM. You do not need to coordinate these components separately.
Our sports bra production covers:
Keep every sports bra component working together. This means fewer material changes, pad issues, and construction problems during production.
Start with the structure that fits your collection, then customize the fabric, coverage, straps, padding and support. We can develop each style from your tech pack, reference sample or design idea.
Different activities need different levels of support. Our custom sports bra manufacturing covers low-, medium-, and high-support designs by adjusting compression, underband structure, coverage, and straps.
Light-support styles can use soft compression, flexible underbands, and lightweight lining for easier movement. Thin, cross-back, or minimal straps keep the construction less restrictive. Removable pads can be added when light shaping is needed.
Medium-support bras can combine stronger fabric recovery with a firmer underband for added stability. Higher side coverage gives the bust more control. Strap width, position, and tension can also be adjusted for the intended activity.
High-support styles can be built with firm compression, reinforced underbands, and more structured internal support. Higher cup coverage and stable side panels help control movement. Wider or adjustable straps can share the support load with the underband.
Keep the new bras connected to your existing leggings or yoga sets through coordinated fabrics, colors, branding, and collection details.
Choosing a sports bra manufacturer is not only about fabric and sewing. Underband construction, cup setup, strap placement, neckline shape, and grading all need separate control during development.
The underband can be built with different widths, elastic strengths, and tension levels. For higher support, stronger elastic or a wider band adds stability without making the whole bra heavier. This gives you more control over support and comfort for each product line.
Fixed, adjustable, racerback, and cross-back structures are available. Strap width, hardware, attachment points, and back layout can be customized for the design. This gives you more freedom than working from a standard strap construction.
Removable pads, sewn-in pads, and molded cups can be developed with matching pockets and lining structures. Cup coverage and pad position can also be customized. This gives you more options for different support levels and product price points.
Bust and underbust are graded separately instead of increasing at the same rate. Larger sizes can gain more cup and bust room while keeping a closer underband for support. Grade rules can also change after a set size, rather than forcing the same XS–XL progression across the full range.
Neckline depth, armhole curve, and side-bust coverage can be adjusted for the design. These areas can provide more coverage or a more open cut while reducing gaping and side-bust exposure.
We wanted a clean sports bra with no visible elastic around the neckline or armholes. LuckPanther sourced the main fabric, soft lining, and matching binding in the same color tone. Even the inside finish looked clean, which was important because we sell the bra as part of a premium yoga set.
Our design used a small silicone logo on the front, custom underband elastic, and branded size and care labels inside. The team matched the logo finish to our reference and kept the label placement hidden from the main contact areas. The final bra looked like our own product, not a stock style with a logo added.
Yes. Molded cups work well when you need a fixed cup shape and more structure. The cup mold, foam thickness, and size range need to match your design. Custom molds may also raise the starting quantity, while existing cup shapes give more flexibility.
The MOQ may come from the components, not the sewing line. Custom elastic, molded cups, hooks, sliders, special padding, and dyed-to-match trims can each have supplier minimums. Using available components can reduce these extra minimums.
Yes. The bra and leggings can share the same fabric lot, color standard, print, logo finish, and packaging system. The construction may still differ. A sports bra may need extra lining or support materials that the leggings do not need.
It depends on the product structure and target customer. S–XL works well for many stretch and compression styles. More structured bras may need separate band and cup sizing to cover a wider range of bust shapes. Decide the sizing system before the full grading is built.
Yes. A branded underband can use woven or jacquard elastic instead of adding a separate logo. The elastic width, stretch, recovery, and minimum production length need to be confirmed first. This option usually needs more material commitment than using stock elastic.
